- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I miss my old bank. This BofA location is friendly enough, but I miss feeling like I knew everyone working at my bank and like they knew me. Banking here feels more like a transaction that flows smoothly, but lacks a personal touch. Would I recommend this bank to anyone? No. If someone wanted to bank here would I try and dissuade them?
